The "Hydrogen Energy 10" vigorously rewards major projects such as new hydrogen energy enterprises or R&D institutions. If the fixed asset investment reaches 50 million yuan, 100 million yuan, 500 million yuan, and 1 billion yuan, rewards of 5 million yuan, 10 million yuan, 50 million yuan, and 100 million yuan will be given respectively. The subsidy amount is about one-tenth of the investment amount. In addition, each loan company can subsidize 50% of the total interest every year for three consecutive years, with a maximum of 5 million yuan per year; for the first time it obtains venture capital, it will be subsidized at a rate of 10%.
